About Hotel Fujiya
Hotel Fujiya has a total of 19 rooms.
All rooms are Japanese-style. There are two types, those that are equipped with toilets, and those that are not.
There are two hot spring baths, the "Kannon-buro" and "Hekiga-buro."
The natural flowing hot spring water runs 24-hours a day and the baths are very popular as medicinal baths that will warm you from the inside out.
Overnight guests are welcome to view dramatic performances held at the inn at no charge, and there are several spaces for relaxing where guests can spend their time leisurely.

Hot spring information
At Hotel Fujiya you can enjoy the natural flowing hot spring 24 hours a day.
Please take note that at midnight, the male and female baths switch.
The baths are cleaned from 9:30 a.m. to noon and cannot be entered during those hours.
The large communal bath, Kannon-buro
The large communal bath, Kannon-buro will soothe your body with its medicinal properties that warm you from the inside out.
The statue of the Hoju Kanzeon , which stands in the middle, is known as the Kanzeon that makes the impossible, possible.

The large communal bath, Hekiga-buro features murals that decorate the bath and washing area.
The windows are large allowing you to enjoy bathing in a bright atmosphere.

Dining information
We can prepare breakfast and dinner for you.
Meals are prepared with the greatest devotion using the freshest ingredients of the season to create the most delicious menu.
Enjoy a warm hot pot dish in winter.
Please inform us ahead of time of any allergies or dislikes you may have. We will prepare an alternate menu.
Enjoy local sake cultivated from pure water and high-grade rice with your dinner of local specialty dishes.

- * There are no baths in the guest rooms. Please use the large communal bath.
- * Smoking is allowed in all of the guest rooms. Smoking is prohibited in the dining rooms and lobby.
- * Shoes can be worn throughout our facilities, however please remove your shoes in the guest rooms.
- * We provide traditional Japanese bedding of a futon spread on tatami mats.

The lobby features an irori hearth giving it a peaceful atmosphere.

Dramatic performances are held from 10:00 a.m.

＜Dramatic performance＞
Overnight guests are welcome to watch dramatic performances free of charge.
The performances are one genre of traditional Japanese drama called "Taishu engeki."
The performance is geared toward an audience of the mass public and offers a sense of Japanese tradition and culture.
* Due to circumstances, performances are not held on some days. Please call ahead to confirm. (Phone no. +81-241-36-2121)
* The guest rooms are available to guests from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Please spend your time outside these hours in the other facilities of the hotel.
＜Relaxation space＞
There are several locations in the hotel where guests can relax.
Rare books and antiques are displayed.
We also have sets of shogi (Japanese chess) available for your use.
Playing a game of shogi with someone you've never met at your travel destination is one unique way to enjoy Japan.
＜Customer works on display＞
Senryu and haiku popetries and paintings by guests who have stayed with us are currently on display in the hotel.
